About
Eric R Miller is a rural generalist and emergency doctor, clinician-researcher and health technology co-founder. He is Clinical Lead at the Buderim Medicare Urgent Care Clinic and works clinically three to four days a week. From 2020 to 2021 he ran a virtual hospital for the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service which cared for more than 2,400 patients.
He holds the academic title of Associate Professor in the School of Health at the University of the Sunshine Coast, where he works on urgent care research and supervises medical, nursing and paramedic students. He is co-founder and Chief Medical and Scientific Officer of Innovarius Corp. He has published on virtual care, healthcare process modelling and wellness systems. He is co-founder of Living Centerline, a US digital health company, and Co-Deputy Chair of RACGP Specific Interests Integrative Medicine.
